It is a rubber-added and ready-to-use bitumen solution used against water and moisture. It adheres strongly to the surface on which it is applied by the evaporation of the solvent it contains, forming a layer resistant to water and moisture. It is also used as a primer in all kinds of insulation to be made with bitumen.
